Our Region
The Okanagan Valley, in the interior of British Columbia is an approximately 200km long valley that stretches from Osoyoos in the South to Vernon in the North. It is home to orchards of cherries, apricots, peaches, pears and apples. It has scores of vineyards becoming BC’s premier grape growing region and known as the Wine Capital Of Canada. With 5 Okanagan Valley ski resorts in a 2+hr radius, hiking and biking trails, 30+ Provincial Parks, multiple lakes and most known Okanagan Lake stretching 135 km between Vernon and Penticton, it’s no wonder it’s been deemed BC’s bountiful playground.
Inspired by the Canadian Home Builders Association, a market feasibility study showed that approximately 71,000 are moving to the Province of BC each year. The Valley itself attracting some of the newcomers by offering it’s own unique charm and appeal. It’s a top destination for retirees offering the best weather across Canada and world class amenities that you’d otherwise only find on vacation.

Being a modest sized licensed builder and remaining so since becoming established in 2017, has given us the ability to operate on a one job at a time basis. Meaning you get our full attention.
You can have peace of mind knowing we are always on site whether that be on the ground with our tool belt on or in our mobile site office reviewing plans and communicating with architects or trades.
We are pleased to have a team consisting of Red Seal and apprentice carpenters. We support our crew from the beginning of their apprenticeship to the National Standard Designation of Red Seal Certified within the carpentry trade. It instills confidence that a tradesperson is skilled and knowledgeable and it promotes excellence and pride in workmanship.
It’s all in who you surround yourself with. The building industry is made up of many professionals, trained craftspeople as well as material and supply providers, and our strong working relationships we have within this community is integral to B. Fair Builds.
